Martial Arts of the Kobudokan

Providing the most complete martial arts curriculum found in Central Illinois! At the Kobudokan our classes cover a wide range of traditional Japanese Martial arts for the student to choose from. Thus allowing the student to better individualize their training to their own personal tastes in a art of their choice. Additionally, students can become more well rounded when they experience more than one martial art!

At the Kobudokan the student will have a choice of training in one, or more of the following traditional martial arts:

Unarmed Martial Arts

Weapon Martial Arts

Each art is taught by one, or more, instructors who have personally trained for many years and have achieved a black belt rank in that art. Unlike other schools which may claim to teach a variety of arts, our qualified senior instructors are internationally certified before providing instruction to the public. Each senior instructor has a minimum of 20 years experience teaching at the Kobudokan.
